ONE Homes is currently seeking motivated individuals for the positions of Recruitment Resourcer and Recruitment Consultant. As a leading international developer of luxury real estate with over 3000 properties under construction and a Gross Development Value in excess of $350 Million, we are part of the ONE Group, which includes sister companies ONE Investments and ONE Capital. Our group has projects across the world, including the United Kingdom, Dubai, and Pakistan.

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting process. You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment to assist in sourcing top talent internationally.

• Sourcing candidates through online channels.
• Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.
• Organising interviews and selection events.
• Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process.
• Help new hires onboard.

• To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
• You must have experience in sourcing for a real estate company.
• Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role.
• Be fluent in English and Urdu.
• Have a good understanding and a track record of filing sales and marketing positions.
