Assistant Manager Marketing

The candidate must have great leadership qualities. As part of the organisation, they will play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company
  • Implement strategy
  • Promote the business and its products
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Requirements and skills:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in marketing
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
