We currently have opportunities for motivated Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant
The Role:
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. You will be working closely with the Head of Recruitment to assist in sourcing the top talent internationally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through online channels.
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.
- Organising interviews and selection events.
- Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process.
- Help new hires onboard.
Job Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
- You must have experience in sourcing for a real estate company.
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role.
- Be fluent in English and Urdu.
- Have a good understanding and a track record of filing sales and marketing positions.
