Receptionist
ONE Homes are a leading international developer of luxury real estate. Currently we have over 3000 properties under construction with a Gross Development Value in excess of £300 Million.
ONE Homes is part of the ONE Group with sister companies ONE Investments and ONE Capital. The group has projects across the world including the United Kingdom, Dubai and Pakistan.
We have offices in London, New York, Dubai, Houston and Karachi.
We currently have an opening for a Receptionist at our brand new Marylebone headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting. Due to the nature of the company, you will be dealing with a lot of high-profile clients and UHNIs.
- Booking flights, hotels, venues for events.
- General administrative duties.
- Occasionally you will have the opportunity to travel to our other offices/events internationally.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communicator
- Impeccable professional manners & presentation
- At least 1 year experience in administrative role
- Highly organised with attention to detail
