Zeeshaan Shah
Chairman
Zeeshaan Shah is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and the Chairman & Founder of the ONE Group, a diversified global real estate and venture capital firm. The group has been involved in transactions worth over $1.3 billion globally, including some of the most high-profile developments in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
As a self-made entrepreneur, Zeeshaan is widely regarded as one of the UK’s most successful businesspeople. He has received numerous accolades for his achievements, including ‘Young Business Person of the Year’ at the 2017 International Achievement Awards and ‘International Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the 2019 Asian Business Awards in London.
In addition to his business success, Zeeshaan is also committed to philanthropy. He is a member of the Founders Circle at His Majesty King Charles III’s foundation, The British Asian Trust, where he works to support charitable initiatives and promote social and economic development in underprivileged communities.
Aqib Hassan

Aqib is a graduate of the University of Hull, where he studied Information Technology Systems. He has been working in the real estate investment sector for over a decade.
Currently, Aqib is responsible for overseeing the global commercial operations of the company across three continents. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed transactions worth more than $1 billion.
Atif Masood Malik
Atif is a graduate of the Civil Engineering School of NUST and holds an MBA in Hospitality Development from the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. He is widely regarded as one of Pakistan’s top civil engineers and construction professionals, with a track record spanning over 23 years at the forefront of leading Pakistani real estate, construction, and hospitality groups such as Hashoo Group, DESCON, and Republic Engineering Corporation.
Kazim Rizvi
Kazim Rizvi
Kazim is a qualified professional with certifications from CPA Australia (CPA), Institute of Internal Auditors (CIA), and Institute of Financial Consultant (CFC). He has more than 12 years of professional experience in the fields of audit, risk management, consulting, accounting, and finance. Kazim is an EY alumni who has worked in the UAE, Sultanate of Oman, and Pakistan. He has worked with renowned companies such as Aldar, Mubadala, and Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation.
Raadul Ahed

A New York native with a bachelors in Business Administration from Brooklyn College, Raadhul is a seasoned real estate professional with an impeccable track record in the industry. Day to day Raadhul oversees the group’s sales operations in the USA.
Shaan Abbas
A graduate of the University of Brunel, Shaan has spent a decade within the real estate sector. Shaan has been a key element in the group’s international expansion overseeing the set up of US sales operations in 2018. Today Shaan heads up the UK commercial operations, the largest team in this multinational organisation.
Hamza Javid

Hamza, a graduate from the University of Westminster in Accounting with Management, has been assisting overseas investors in acquiring investment properties in Pakistan for over 5 years, across more than 23 different countries. His extensive portfolio, developed during his career as a sales professional in the real estate market, highlights Hamza’s broad range of skills in sales and marketing.
